Mentale gezondheid is een gebied waar je misschien minder aandacht aan besteedt en waar je ook minder voor over hebt dan lichamelijke gezondheid.
Zo zal je waarschijnlijk makkelijker naar de sportschool gaan dan een coachbezoek inplannen.
Maar als je bedenkt dat veel lichamelijke klachten voorkomen kunnen worden met soms al een kleine aanpassing, dan is het zeker de moeite waard om jezelf op dit vlak ook iets te gunnen.
Omdat ik het laagdrempelig wil houden en voor iedereen toegankelijk, bied ik het kennismakingsgesprek gratis aan.
